To help us keep the cabin peaceful and enjoyable for everyone: 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. 🎉 No parties or events. 👥 Only the guests included in your reservation may be on the property. Please do not invite additional visitors or host gatherings. The total number of people at the property must never exceed the number of guests on your reservation unless approved by the host in advance. 🚰 Natural well water – The cabin uses natural well water, which is safe to use but may occasionally have a mild natural scent. You're welcome to bring your own drinking water if preferred. ☕ Coffee station – Enjoy your morning coffee with the convenience of a Keurig pod coffee machine in the cabin. While very rare, power outages may occur in this remote area due to weather or other factors. In the event of an outage: ✔️ Water will not be available as it runs on an electric well pump. ✔️ Flashlights/battery lanterns are provided for your safety. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for outages as this is beyond our control. Outdoor activities and amenities are subject to weather conditions. Snow, rain, or other natural elements may impact accessibility and usability. Guests are advised to plan accordingly and exercise caution. No refunds will be provided for weather-related limitations. It is EXACTLY as described and there is no need to look further if you would like to stay close to amazing hikes and about 40 minutes from OU. Private location. Beautiful home on a nice property. As described . We loved the pickleball court and games in the basement! Perfect for our family weekend getaway. The driveway is steep and was in need of some grading after several days of rain. Smaller low to the ground cars will definitely have a challenge getting up the driveway.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home is clean and comfortable. I've added this home to my favorites and plan to stay here again while in the Hocking Hills area. Note: the driveway entrance is steep. AWD/4WD vehicle is needed.

We had a great stay!! Check in was easy and the house was very clean. The pickle ball court, pac man game, hot tub, fire pit and pool table were great amenities to have to keep us all occupied during our cabin time. Mousumi’s response time was amazingly quick when we had a small issue. My family would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the area!
